Consultation of INSS and historical services

From the Consultation sections INSS and INSS benefits history, you can consult your current or historical situation regarding the receipt of public benefits from the National Social Security Institute (INSS).

Once you access it, a list is loaded with all of them, showing for each one the following data:

  • Type of benefit. Description, which may be of one of the following types:
    • Family protection.
    • Retirement.
    • Disability.
    • Minimum Vital Income.
    • Birth and Minor Care.
    • Great disability.
    • Widowhood.
    • Orphanhood.
    • Please Relatives.
    • Statutory Improvement.
    • PF (Family Benefit) P. Complementary.
    • Help.
    • Allowance.
    • Income Insertion.
    • Minor War.
    •  Others.
  • Whether or not it is contributory. All benefits of the Social Security System are contributory with the exception of Family Protection. The childbirth and care allowance, perceived by the biological mother, may be non-contributory

Non-contributory are those managed by the AACC, the benefits of the Andalusian Board and the welfare pensions.

The rest of the benefits are mostly contributory, although in some cases the characteristic is not clearly identified, so this field will not be reported.

For childbirth and child care benefits, the gross amount shall be the amount to be paid for the whole grant, even if not yet paid.

In the case of a Temporary Incapacity benefit, the gross amount shall be the amount paid until the time of the consultation.

If confirmation parts are captured but not paid, the payment shall be calculated and included in the gross amount.

  • Managing body or entity providing the benefit.
  • Date of cause. In childbirth and child care, the Causative Date will correspond to the Start Date of the rest. In Temporary Incapacity Benefits, the Due Date will correspond to the date of medical leave.
  • Date of effect. In the case of Temporary Incapacity Benefits only included in the INCA Delegated Payment Application, either the direct or delegated payment benefit.
  • Scheduled end date. It corresponds to the end date of the right.
  • Gross amount. Corresponds to the amount of the benefit, including the amounts of possible deductions plus amount of IRPF (if applicable). For all benefits of the Register of Public Social Benefits (R.P.S.P.) the monthly amount of the benefit shall be shown at the consultation date.
  • Liquid amount. It corresponds to the amount of benefit after any deductions have been applied, plus the amount of IRPF (if applicable). For all benefits outside the Social Security System, the liquid amount will match the gross amount, as there is no data on possible discounts.
  • Number of pages (in case of a single payment, this data will not be reported).(Information not available for historical benefits)
  • Regulatory base. Data shall only be returned from the Daily Regulatory Base for the provision of Temporary Incapacity by delegated payment if the information is available.
  • Type of payment. Direct or Delegate or Not known.
