If you were previously identified using an NIE, it is possible that some of them have not yet linked your former NIE to your new DNI. If information is missing from Mi Carpeta Ciudadana, contact the responsible authority to provide them with your new DNI and request that they update your identification in their systems. Once the information has been updated by the relevant authority, it can be displayed correctly in Mi Carpeta Ciudadana.
