A summary of the personal information about you in the public administrations grouped by subject is shown in My Data.

The information currently available is:

  • Education and training

    • Non-university degrees. It shows non-university degrees registered in the Register of Non-university Degrees of the Ministry of Education. More information on non-university degrees.

    • University degrees. It shows the university degrees registered in the University Degree Register of the Ministry of Universities.

    • Condition of scholarship. You can consult the calls for scholarships, grants and prizes in which you register as a scholar per year of the call.

    • University tuition fees. The data of the university enrolments that appear in the Conference of Rectors of the Spanish Universities (CRUE) appear.

    • Health training. You can consult the data of the specialized health formations belonging to the Ministry of Health.

    • Certified as a trainer and student at INAP. You can consult the files and certificates of trainers and students in the INAP.

  • Citizenship

    • Identity data and documents. The identification data are shown in the General Directorate of the Police.

    • Elections. You can check the registration in the electoral census.

  • Work and benefits

    • Working life. Access to consult the working life report.

    • Demand for employment and unemployment benefits. It indicates whether you are registered as a job seeker on the date of the consultation and allows you to check whether you are registered as a job seeker on another date. It also shows the unemployment benefit data if it is available.

    • Certificates of unemployment benefits. Access to obtain the certificates.

    • Social benefits. Consultation of public benefits of the National Social Security Institute (INSS).More information on social benefits..

    • Central Personnel Register(Public employees of the AGE and certain university staff). Consultation of registration documentation and dossier reports.

    • Consultation of MUFACE’s affiliation data. Consult the information of the affiliation to the General Mutuality of Civil Servants of the State (MUFACE).

    • Certificate of notes and attendance at INAP competitions. Consultation of the files and certificates of opponent.

  • Health and social affairs

    • Dependence. It shows the current data, related to you, registered in the SAAD (Personal Autonomy and Dependency Assistance Information System) as of yesterday.

    • Disability. You can consult the data of disability in your autonomous community.

    • National Health Service Digital Clinical History (HCDSNS). Access to the Digital Clinical History of the National Health System (HCDSNS) of the autonomous communities.

  • Personal and family situation

    • Absence of a criminal record. Consult your criminal record and, in the event that it does not appear, allow you to download the proof that proves it.

    • Absence of a history of crimes of a sexual nature. Check the absence of a history of crimes of a sexual nature and, if it does not appear, it allows you to download a proof of it.

    • Title of large family. You can consult the data of large families in your autonomous community.

    • Consultation of game bans. Check your situation in the General Registry of Gambling Access Interdictions of the General Directorate of Gambling Regulation.

    • Consultation of a literal birth certificate. You can check your literal birth certificate and download it.

    • Consultation of status of high level athlete. Check your status as a high-level athlete and the federations to which you have belonged.

    • Consult your tax obligations. You can check if you are aware of your tax obligations.

  • Vehicles and transports

    • Driver Data and Point Balance. Your points balance and your registered driver data are displayed in the Directorate General of Traffic (DGT).

    • Vehicle data. The data relating to your vehicle is displayed.

  • Housing

    • Urban real estate. It shows the urban real estate registered in the General Directorate of the Land Registry.

    • Rustic real estate. It shows the rustic real estate registered in the General Directorate of the Cadastre.

    • Address (data of the register). Show the registration data in the National Institute of Statistics (INE) employers’ base according to the municipal register of your city council.

    • Communicate change of address. Access to communicate a change of address.

    • History of municipalities. It shows the data of the employer registration of the National Institute of Statistics (INE) according to the history of registrations.

  • Transparency

    • My exchanges between administrations. The data exchanged between the administrations through the intermediation platform with your consent is shown.
